| Poppy Keller is a finance associate at RiverVest® with a background in investment banking. She provides financial modeling for the funds’ portfolios and works directly with the financial point people at the portfolio companies to maintain capitalization tables and prepare for financing events and exits.
Prior to joining RiverVest, Poppy was a financial analyst for five years at Gordian Group, LLC, a boutique investment bank located in New York. While at Gordian Group, Poppy focused on complex and special situation financial advisory assignments, including restructurings and reorganizations, buy-side and sell-side M&A transactions, financings, and matters requiring opinions and expert testimony.
Poppy graduated cum laude with a B.A. in economics from Princeton University.
